I refer to the statement dated 28-2-2016 by Penang PKR chairman Datuk Mansor Othman.

Penang State Government can accept differing views but the main issue here is about honesty and trust.

Penang Pakatan Harapan assemblymen including 5 PKR backbenchers attended a pre-council meeting before the commencement of Penang state assembly and the meting has reached a decision to vote against UMNO's motion.

Later, 5 PKR backbenchers went against the collective decision and did not inform the government and party colleagues in advance about their abstention votes.

This is an ambush against their own government and no difference from back-stabbing.

They must respect the State Government just as they want State Government to respect them.

In a statement dated 27-2-2016, State Assemblywoman of Penanti, Dr Norlela Ariffin has referred to the codes of ethics of Pakatan Harapan to justify her abstention votes. I am very sure that the codes of ethics of  Pakatan Harapan do not have such thing as allowing back-stabbing.

槟州首长政治秘书黄汉伟针对人民公正党槟州主席拿督曼梳于2月28日发表言论挺公正黨5州议员做出回应。

黃汉伟说这不是槟州政府有否容纳异议的问题，而是信任及议员诚实的问题。怎么公正黨五位后座议员可以在没有通知政府的情况下，背弃了州议会前期会议里的共同决定？

这种突袭行为与背后插刀是没兩样。他们並不尊重州政府的共同决定，试问州政府又如何能尊重他们呢？

針对本南地诺丽拉州议员所提到的希望联盟宣言，黄汉伟说希望联盟宣言里肯定没有提到说可以如此做出尔反尔的行为。
